Booking Policy
Please note that some appointments are not visible when booking online. If you would like to request an appointment that is not visible to you in the calendar, please contact me at alex@hypermobilityhq.com or preferably contact me directly via message (SMS or Whatsapp) at +44 07384 009553.

Payment Policy
Online bookings require payment in full at the time of the booking. Any appointments that are canceled with more than 24h notice will receive a complete refund. Any appointments that are canceled with less than 24h notice will receive a refund of 50% of the appointment rate. /// In the event that you need to reschedule an appointment with more than 24h notice, this can easily be done via the bookings system that you used to book the appointment. If you have any issues with rescheduling your online appointment please contact me directly at alex@hypermobilityhq.com

In-Person bookings are paid for either by card or bank transfer at the time of the appointment. Cash payments are not accepted. Should you wish to reschedule your in-person appointment please be sure to do so at least 24h before your appointment, otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment rate will be applied.

International Payment Processing
Please be aware that some banks charge additional fees for the processing of international payments. As my business is based in the UK, these rates will differ depending on your country and specific bank. The processing fees that occur from my payment processing software (Stripe) and booking software (JaneApp) are deducted from the appointment rate after you have paid. The only additional fees that might affect you are any fees for currency conversion/international payments that are applied by your bank.

Appointment Rate Currency
Due to Stripe's payment processing software, the appointment rate will be shown in GBP throughout the transaction. Please check the conversion rate if you are unsure what this will be in your local currency at the time of payment.
